Andrew studies how the uterine epithelium develops, regenerates and communicates with the stroma to support pregnancy. His PhD work with Thomas Spencer at Missouri established FOXA2 as a master regulator of uterine gland development and of gland-derived LIF in pregnancy. As a postdoc with Lee Kraus at UT Southwestern he studied PARP-1 and PARP-2 in decidualization. He started his independent lab at Missouri in 2022. He is an Associate Editor at Reproduction.
